could it be a sign of skin cancer because shes all ways in the sun, or could it be something else. Please im getting worried

If they are circular it could be ringworm or roundworm. Also they can have skin issues caused by food allergies or just skin allergies. I would take her to the vet ASAP and BRING HER INSIDE it could get worse outside.
The vet next time you are there.
For long time now it the dog is fine just ask the vet next time you are there.
