I was sitting in the sun for about an hour today and got a sunburn on my legs. My skin is more firm than before the burn and it’s a bit raised. Is it possible im developing skin cancer or is it a normal sunburn. Im not peeling or anything.

A sunburn does not cause instant skin cancer. The damage done to your skin today can and will cause skin cancers to occur 5-10-15-30 years from today.
